Chaintail's ZOP Series of Micro-Magnetic Particle Brakes features a wide range of control functions that deliver smooth and consistent operation capabilities. Models of the series exhibit balanced torque levels over prolonged service periods, and work surfaces and curved designs that aid in proper operation of the integrated magnetic powders. The designs also eliminate slick spot manifestation on friction surfaces. Since slick spots can cause squeaks and chirping occurrences, their removal guarantees silent operating applications. The series consists of the ZOPS05AA (0.4 kg), the ZOPS10AA (0.5 kg), and the ZOPS20AA (1.0 kG) models; total number of rotations approximate 1,800-r/min. Aside from the features mentioned, these configurations also showcase added heat capacity levels, smooth engagement and transition capabilities, and high static and dynamic friction rates.
