TR-7570 transformer protection relay

The TR-7570 Transformer Protection Relay is a four-channel winding temperature scanner designed to monitor and protect medium-voltage cast-resin and dry-type transformers against excessive temperature rise. It uses Pt-100 RTD sensors to continuously monitor the temperature of the three transformer windings and an additional critical point such as the core. The relay provides four independent relay outputs for cooling fan control, high-temperature alarm, very-high-temperature trip, and sensor/fault indication, helping prevent overheating and potential transformer damage. It also supports maximum-temperature memory and, depending on the variant, a 4–20 mA analog output or RS-485 Modbus RTU communication for remote monitoring. With its programmable set points, reliable temperature monitoring, and rugged industrial design, the TR-7570 is well suited for transformer protection and control applications.
